OMG Day 1

I survived Day 1! Although I went over about 90 calories. But I’m ok with that as I’m about to go on a 10 mile bike ride. Also, there’s a few more hours left in the day. I can easily screw this up. But I won’t.

It is absolute torture taking bikini photos and then putting them up on the internet. Mom feels the same way.

I’ve decided I won’t be going out to eat for the next 2 weeks. I can’t deal with that kind of temptation. My friend is having her bridal shower then so I’ll be forced to cheat a little. I welcome the cheat. It gives me something to look forward to and it will come fast enough. I act as though this is a mild form of torture but I’m honestly very happy to continue eating what I ate today. Here’s the list:

Breakfast: Banana, 5 Strawberries, 1 Polly-O String Cheese

Lunch: 3oz of Salmon, A Salad (Lettuce, Tomato, Corn, Red Onion, Cucumber), Berries for desert

Dinner: Brown Rice, Black Beans, Corn, Tomato, Guacamole and Cheese (My healthier version of Chipotle)

I had one serving of each item layered in a bowl for Dinner. And it was actually too much food. I’ll cut it in half or at least some of the ingredients.

Dinner! So good but way too much!

As I sit here writing this, my Dad offers me some fresh watermelon. So now another 20-3o calories over? Worth it.
