We started this blog because we became inspired by other blogs. And much like the blogs we became inspired by, we are not doctors, nutritionists or trainers. We are following programs that we created ourselves based on research as well as prior trial and errors. We intend to create a new lifestyle rather than diet because ultimately, diets don't work in the long run.
